We continued in the lab today. I went over the rubric for your creative work. It has two components:
- Is your work high quality work that meets the demands of the genre?
- Did you work hard all week, including conferencing with Mrs. B. and using the advice given in the conference in order to improve the writing before you submitted it on Friday?
The rubric is NOT the vehicle for feedback on your writing. Feedback on your writing happens in workshops, which we’ll start next week.
